Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Gionix AI Review collects and how it is used.

Customers using a review link

• You do not need an account. We never ask for your Google password or contact details.
• We record minimal, anonymous usage events: that the page was opened, that a draft was generated, and that the "Continue to Google" button was clicked. These are linked to a random session id, not to you.
• Your selected options and optional comment are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) only to generate your draft. We do not store your comment or the generated text on our servers.
• Your IP address is used briefly for abuse prevention and is stored only as a salted one-way hash.
• Anonymous session records are deleted automatically after 30 days by default; aggregate counts are kept for analytics.
• Your review is submitted on Google under Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Vendors

• Account data: name, email, company name, phone (optional) and business details you enter.
• Billing: subscription status and payment records from Razorpay. We never receive or store full card or UPI credentials.
• Usage analytics for your review links.

Processors

We use Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (draft generation) and Razorpay (payments).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Each vendor's data is isolated with database row-level security. Access to administrative functions is restricted and logged.

Your rights

Vendors can update their details in account settings and request account deletion through the support page.
