Terms of service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Gionix AI Review ("the Service"), operated by Gionix AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using a review link you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets businesses ("Vendors") create review links. Customers who open a link can select feedback options, optionally generate a draft review with AI, edit it, and continue to Google to submit a review using their own Google account. We do not submit reviews on anyone's behalf and cannot confirm whether a review was published.

2. Honest reviews

  • Vendors must not use the Service to filter, gate or selectively solicit reviews based on sentiment.
  • Vendors must not offer incentives for reviews, write reviews for customers, or pressure customers to post positive reviews.
  • Vendors must comply with Google's policies on user-generated content and fake engagement, and with applicable consumer law.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the review they post reflects their genuine experience.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the Service or fail to pay.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay on a recurring basis until cancelled.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your account enters a grace period, after which paid features are disabled until payment succeeds.
  • We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. AI-generated drafts

Drafts are generated from the options and comments the customer provides. They may contain mistakes and must be reviewed and edited by the customer before posting.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes, attempt to access other vendors' data, or disrupt the Service.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not responsible for actions taken by Google or other third parties.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
